The Company's major products are shirts, suits and knitting fabrics, among others. The Company distributes its products under brands named YOUNGOR, YOUNGOR CEO, MAYOR & YOUNGOR, GY, Hart Schaffner Marx and CEO. The Company also involves in operation of regular chain shops, which deal with its apparel products. It distributes its products in domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had six major subsidiaries, which involved in property development and the manufacture of apparels.
