Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of integrated circuits (ICs), light emitting diode (LED) products and electronic components. The Company鈥檚 main products are digital audio and video ICs, power management ICs, LED drivers, direct current (DC) motor drivers, remote control transmitters, audio system ICs, measurement meter ICs, as well as semiconductor discrete device chips and products, among others. The Company also offers system solutions and application services. The Company distributes its products principally in Zhejiang province, China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had five subsidiaries and one affiliate, which involved in the import and export of products and technology, electronic distribution, as well as the manufacture and distribution of ICs and semiconductor components.
