Faw Car Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of cars and related accessories, under the brand names of Benteng, Hongqi and Mazda6. The Company operates its businesses mainly in eastern China, northern China, northeastern China and southern China. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had two major subsidiaries and three associates, which are engaged in the manufacture and sale of cars and related accessories, financial business, the manufacture and sale of gear-boxes and insurance brokerage business.
