Jihua Group Corporation Limited is engaged in the manufacture and distribution of military light industrial products and civil-use products. The Company operates its businesses through uniform business, which provides military uniforms, uniforms for police and uniforms of other industries; occupational footwear, which offers rubber shoes and leather shoes; textile and dyeing business, which offers military camouflage fabrics and sweaters; leather and shoes business, which provides leather shoes and leather products, as well as protective equipment. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had nine subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of apparels, shoes, hats, rubber products, hardware products and textile products.
