The Company operates theme parks, including Shenzhen WINDOW of the WORLD, Shenzhen SPLENDID CHINA, China Folk Culture Villages, as well as HAPPY VALLEY, among others. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company had seven subsidiaries and three associates, mainly involved in the construction and development of scenic areas, real estate development, property management, the planning and design of gardens, the retail and wholesale of tourism goods, the design of stages, investment management, as well as the agency and consulting of local and abroad tourism.
