Yunnan Tourism Co., Ltd., formerly Kunming World Horticultural Exposition Garden Co., Ltd, is principally engaged in operation of World Horticultural Exposition Garden, sale of commercial buildings, property cleaning and management, as well as planting projects. The Company mainly operates tourism business, real estate business, as well as gardening business. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had three major subsidiaries, of which one provided environment protection services, one was engaged in real estate development and operation businesses, while another subsidiary were involved in the gardening product provision and garden construction businesses.
