LiJiang YuLong Tourism Co., LTD. is a principally engaged in the operation of sightseeing aerial cable cars and related facilities. The Company mainly operates three cable cars in Lijiang city in Yunnan province, including Yulong snow mountain cable cars, Spruce meadow cable cars and Yak meadow cable cars. During the year ended December 31, 2010, Lijiang Hefu Crowne Plaza Resort Hotel, which is under the operation of the Company, was managed by Inter Continental Hotels Group. As of December 31, 2010, the Company owned and operated seven major subsidiaries. On June 2, 2010, the Company completed its disposal of 65% of the ownership interest of YunnanYulong Bay Tourism Co., Ltd., an indirect subsidiary of the Company.
