GUODIAN CHANGYUAN ELECTRIC POWER CO.,LTD is principally engaged in the generation and distribution of electrical power, thermal power and coal. The Company offers electrical power to Hubei province, thermal power to the local enterprises and public institutions, and coal to the electricity power enterprises of Hubei province and other local enterprises. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company had a total controllable installed gross capacity of 4,285,000 kilowatts, provided approximately 17.235 billion kilowatt hours of electricity, and sold 186,900 tons of coal.
