Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway Co., Ltd is principally engaged in the construction, maintenance and operation of expressways, as well as toll collection business. The Company operates Changjiu Expressway, Changzhang Expressway, Changtai Expressway, Jiujiang Expressway, Wenhou Expressway and Silver Triangle Expressway. The Company also involves in engineering construction, property distribution and provision of leasing services. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 15 subsidiaries/affiliates, which involved in the road maintenance, property development, industrial investment and engineering consulting, among others.
