June 30 -- Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway (600269) received subsidies of 150 million yuan, reports Securities Daily, citing a company filing.
According to Ping An Securities’ report, the company will need at least 13 billion yuan over the next three years, since it will build several express ways.
Meanwhile, Ganyue Expressway intends to raise eight billion yuan in project capital from bank loans and by issuing bonds.
It also borrowed one billion yuan from China Development Bank, with a maturity of 22 years.
Ganyue Expressway previously received 549 million yuan by issuing financing products through Bank of China, with a fixed annual rate of 6.06 percent.
It also obtained 100 million yuan from issuing financing products through Bank of Nanchang.
About 73.6 percent of the company’s revenue derived from expressway toll revenues. However, toll revenue may fall in response to government demand.
