Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited is principally engaged in the investment, construction, operation and management of expressways and toll collection roads. The Company operates Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway, Shanghai-Nanjing Section of National Trunk 312, Xicheng Expressway, Guangjing Expressway, Nanjing-Lianyungang Expressway Nanjing Section, Jiangyin Yangtze Bridge and Sujiahang Expressway. The Company also involves in provision of auxiliary services along the expressway, such as refueling, catering services, commodities retailing and other related businesses. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had three subsidiaries, which involved in operation of expressways, investment of facilities, as well as property development and operation.
