It operates in three segments: provision of water supply and sewage treatment, as well as construction services, investments in financial products and others. The water supply and sewage treatment segment is engaged in water supply and sewage treatment and construction of water supply and sewage treatment infrastructure. The investments in financial products segment invests in financial and investment products and other segment includes manufacturing and trading of ceramic sewage materials and others. The subsidiaries of the Company include Billion City Investments Limited, Super Sino Investment Limited, Danzhou Qingyuan Water Industry Company Limited and Onfar International Limited. On March 26, 2009 the subsidiary of the Company, China Water (HK) was sold to Bright Blue Investments Limited.
