Whether or not you are able to attend the EGM, please complete and return the enclosed form of proxy in accordance with the instructions printed thereon and deposit at the branch share registrar of the Company in Hong Kong, Union Registrars Limited at 18th Floor, Fook Lee Commercial Centre, Town Place, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong, as soon as possible and in any event not less than 48 hours before the time appointed for holding the EGM or any adjourned meeting (as the case may be).
