Sino-Life Group Limited (Sino-Life) is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the provision of funeral services. Sino-Life operates and manages two funeral parlours and two funeral services centers in Chongqing City and Yibin City in Sichuan Province providing funeral services. The Company also sells funeral services deeds and provides funeral arrangement and funeral consultation services in Taiwan. The Company operates four service centres at Taipei, Hsinchu, Changhua and Kaohsiung.
