On April 30, 2010, it acquired Upper Value Investments Limited. During the year ended December 31, 2010, it acquired TCC Chongqing Cement Company Limited, Guangan Changxing Cement Co., Ltd, Guizhou Anshun Changxing Cement Co., Ltd, Liaoning Changqing Cement Co., Ltd and Yingde Dragon Mountain Cement Co., Ltd.
