TCC International Holdings announced that the Board has resolved to declare an interim dividend of HKD0.025 per share for the six months ended June 30, 2011. The interim dividend will be payable on or about October 4, 2011, to the shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company at close of business on September 22, 2011.
