The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in provision of bus services, coach hiring services, travel-related services, other transportation services, tour services, and hotel services. It operates in six business segments: designated bus routes segment, non-franchised bus segment, franchised bus segment, tour segment, hotel segment, and other segment. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include Kwoon Chung Buses Investment Limited, Chongqing Everbright International Travel Co., Ltd, Chongqing Grand Hotel Co., Ltd., Chongqing Kwoon Chung (New Town) Public Transport Co., Ltd, Chongqing Tourism Coach Co., Ltd., and Chongqing Tourism (Group) Co., Ltd. The franchised bus services in Hong Kong were provided by New Lantao Bus Company (1973) Limited (NLB), a 99.99% owned subsidiary of the Company. On February 23, 2010, it acquired a 92.3% interest in GoGo TIL (Cross Border) Transportation Services Co. Ltd. (GoGo TIL).
