Kwoon Chung Bus (00306.HK) has agreed to acquire Hin Wan Transportation Company Limited, Hin Wan Bus Management Limited, 991 Zhongshan Express Limited, 991 Travel Limited, Hin Wan Investment Limited, Hin Wan Bus (HK) Limited and Jin Yuan Tai Hong Kong Limited for HK$160 million.

The said companies engaged in the provision of cross-boundary public bus transportation services between Hong Kong and Mainland China, travel agency services and school bus services.
