Transport International Holdings Limited (TIH) is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the operation of both franchised and non-franchised public transportation, property holdings and development and the provision of media sales services. It has three segments: Franchised bus operations, which involves the provision of franchised public transport services in Hong Kong; Media sales business, which involves the provision of audio-video programming through a multi-media on-board system and marketing of advertising spaces on transit vehicles, shelters and outdoor signages, and Property development, which involves the development of residential properties for sale. TIH is a holding company of The Kowloon Motors Bus Company (1993) Limited, Long Win Bus Company Limited, RoadShow Holdings Limited and a number of non-franchised transport providers. Its subsidiaries include LCK Commercial Properties Limited and LCK Real Estate Limited.
