Transport International (HKG:0062) announces that a meeting of the board of directors of the company was held on 17 May 2012. At such board meeting, the board resolved that it is in the best interests of the company for Walter Ping-sheung Kwok to continue to undertake and discharge his duties to the company and its subsidiaries, including his duty as a non-executive director of the company. Such resolution was unanimously passed by the directors who participated at the aforesaid board meeting and Kwok did not participate in the meeting.
