Central China Real Estate Limited (Central China) is an investment holding company. Central China along with its subsidiaries is engaged in property development in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are property development, property leasing and construction. As at 31 December 2010, the Company had 28 projects/phases under construction with approximately1.43 million square meters and had land reserves of 7.55 million square meters. On 27 January 2011, Zhengzhou Central China Tianming Property Company Limited, a 50% owned subsidiary of the Company, acquired the land use right of a parcel of land located at the west of Dongfengdong Road and the south of Yulinnan Road, Zhengzhou City with a total site area of 86,956.57 square meters. On 12 October 2010, the Company and its subsidiaries acquired additional 35% equity interest in Shangqiu Jianye Huarun Zhiye Company Limited (Shangqiu Huarun).
