Intime Department Store (Group) Company Limited is an investment holding company engaged in operation and management of department stores in the People鈥檚 Republic of China. It holds equity interests in two domestic department store companies, Baida Group Co., Ltd. and Wuhan Department Store Group Co., Ltd. As of December 31, 2010, it operated and managed a total of 23 department stores with a total gross floor area of 898,939 square meters, including 16 department stores located in principal cities within Zhejiang province, six department stores located in Hubei province and one store located in Shaanxi province. In July 2010, Intime Department Store Co., Ltd., acquired Anhui Province Huaqiao Hotel Company Limited. In December 2010, Zhejiang Intime Investment Co., Ltd., acquired an 83.33% interest of Hubei Wuluo Innovation Park Development Co., Ltd. On December 22, 2010, the Company acquired 50% interest in Beijing Youyi Lufthansa Shopping City Co. Ltd.
