On July 31, 2009, it acquired China Star Management Limited and Anglo Market International Limited. On October 8, 2009, it acquired Creative Formula Limited. On July 10, 2009, the Company鈥檚 interest in Amazing Goal International Limited (Amazing Goal) decreased from 100% to 50% following the allotment and issuance of 50 shares of Amazing Goal to Chung Chiu (PTC) Limited.
