Eternity Investment (HKG:0764) subscribed for convertible bonds of Culture Landmark (HKG:0674) in an aggregate principal amount of HK$75 million on 29 December 2011, the two companies announced.

Culture Landmark has utilised the net proceeds from the issue of the bonds in the acquisition of shares in KH Investment (HKG:8172). Eternity Investment is therefore presumed to be a party acting in concert with Culture Landmark under the definitions section of the Code on Takeovers and Mergers.
