China Gold International Resources Corp. Ltd., formerly Jinshan Gold Mines Inc., is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and production of mineral properties. The Company鈥檚 main properties are the Chang Shan Hao gold project (CSH Gold Project), which is located in Inner Mongolia, China and the Jiama Project, which is located in the Tibet Autonomous Region of the People鈥檚 Republic of China. The CSH Gold Project hosts two low-grade, near surface gold deposits, along with other mineralized prospects. The CSH Gold Project is operated and owned by Inner Mongolia Pacific Mining Co. Ltd., a co-operative joint venture, in which the Company holds a 96.5% interest. The Jiama Project is held by the Company鈥檚 wholly owned subsidiary, Huatailong Mining Development Co., Ltd. The mining permits for the Jiama Project cover the Tongqianshan and Niumatang mining areas. The mining license covers an area of 2.155 square kilometers. On December 1, 2010, it acquired the Jiama Project.
