China Energy Development Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries is engaged in the operation of Chinese restaurants in Hong Kong. The Company鈥檚 subsidiaries include China Energy Resources Holdings Ltd, Hon Po (China) Catering Management Limited, Hon Po International Limited and Ocean Grace Investments Limited. On September 9, 2010, the Company disposed of its subsidiary, Metropolis Harbour View Chinese Cuisine Limited to Speedy Fortune Limited. On January 3, 2011, all the conditions of the proposed acquisition of (the Acquisition) of Totalbuild Investments Group (Hong Kong) Limited (the Target Company) and its subsidiaries (the Target Group) had been fulfilled and the completion of the first designated area of the Akemomu Gas Field had taken place on January 3, 2011.
