China Energy Development (HKG:0228) has agreed to sell to Speedy Fortune Limited the entire issued share capital of Ocean Grace Investments Limited, the operator of a restaurant in Hong Kong, for HK$5.9 million.

China Energy will record a gain from disposal of HK$5.8 million. Proceeds of the disposal are intended to be applied for the reduction of borrowings and/or for China Energy's general working capital.
