The principal activities of the Company鈥檚 principal subsidiaries are production and sale of grape wine products. The Company鈥檚 segments include red wines, white wines and other products. Other products sold by the Company include sparkling wines, brandy and icewine. Its brand name is Dynasty. As of December 31, 2010, the Company made and sold approximately 100 types of wine products in five main categories, namely red wines, white wines, sparkling wines, ice wine and brandy. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company sold 63.2 million bottles of wine.
