CMMB Vision Holdings Limited, formerly Global Flex Holdings Limited, is an investment holding company. Its subsidiaries are principally engaged in rigid printed circuit boards and rigid printed circuit board assembly. It has two segments: rigid printed circuit boards and rigid printed circuit boards assembly. The Company's subsidiaries include Global Technology International Ltd., Global Flex Trading Center Limited, Value Manage International Limited, Global Technology International Ltd. and Forever Jade Electronics (Suzhou). With effect from September 27, 2009, the Company discontinued the manufacture and sale of flexible printed circuit boards and flexible printed circuit boards assembly segment. On October 2009, the Company disposed its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Flex (Suzhou) Plant II Co., Ltd. During the year ended December 31, 2009, the Company disposed off Forever Jade Holdings Limited.
