Culture Landmark Investment Limited, formerly United Power Investment Limited, is an investment holding company. The Company operates in five segments: hotel operations, which is engaged in ownership, operation and management of hotel; restaurant operations, which is engaged in sale of food and beverages; license fee collection business, which is engaged in provision of copyright license fees settlement and collection services and intellectual property enforcement services in respect of karaoke copyright in the People鈥檚 Republic of China; property investment, which is engaged in leasing of investment properties, and entertainment business, which is engaged in provision of talent management and entertainment business. In December 2010, the Company acquired 60.8% interest in Song Labs Co., Limited. In February 2011, the Company acquired 18.679% interest in Xinya Media Private Limited. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company ceased its wedding services business.
