Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., sponsored by Baoti Group Ltd., was established on July 21, 1999. The company is China’s largest rare metal manufacturing and R&D base as well as one of China’s high-tech enterprises first certified by Chinese Academy. It was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 12, 2002.
