Baosheng Science and Technology Innovation Co., LTD. is principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of electric cables and wires. The Company mainly provides bare conductor and related products, power cables, cables for electronic devices, as well as communication cables and optical cables, among others. The Company distributes its products in both domestic and overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had four subsidiaries, which involved in the manufacture and distribution of cables, wires, electrical machines, copper products, aluminum products and cable materials.

      Baosheng Science & Technology Innovation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter called Baosheng) was established by Baosheng Group Co., Ltd and other five companies under the authorized of Jiangsu Province People’s Government in June, 2000.
      Baosheng shares is issued formally in the market on August 2^nd, 2004 in shanghai stock exchange, with the name of “Baosheng Share” and stock code of “600973”, registered capital of RMB156,000,000. In August 2005, selected as one of the second batch pilot companies for non-tradable shares reformation in China, Baosheng carried this reformation smoothly.
    Baosheng Group which is the main sponsor of Baosheng shares is a large-scale state-owned enterprise that is specialized in producing wires, cables（Up to 500KV）, cable materials, transformers, switch cabinet sand other electric products. It is the cable enterprise that owns the three plates of “Well-known Trademark of China”, “Name-brand Product of China”, “National Inspection-free Product”. In addition, it is awarded with “Chinese Wire and Cable Symbolizing Brand”, and it also has a national enterprise technology center and a post-doctorate academic research work station. The main manufacturing and test equipments imported from Finland, Switzerland, Germany, Japan, Italy and etc. We specialize in manufacturing bare wire, cables for electric equipment, power cable, network cable, railway signal cable, mineral insulated cable, rubber insulated cable, branch cable etc. all kinds of wires and cables, more than 180 kinds, 22000 specifications. By now, 29 new products are awarded state level new products, 61 products are awarded national patent, participating in the drawing up of 25 national and trade standards. ISO9001 quality system, ISO14001 environment system, ISO10012 measurement system, UL, 3C, Classification society, coal mine security marks etc. passed authentication by domestic and abroad authority organization successively.
