Wolong Electric Group Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the design, manufacture and sale of electric motors and control equipment, transformers and storage batteries. The Company is also involved in trading business. The Company mainly provides daily use motors, batteries and supplies, electric vehicles, electric equipment, automobile motors, concrete mixers, high power motors, industrial drive and automation products, as well as high voltage frequency converters and system integration services. The Company offers its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 10 major subsidiaries and two associates.
