Chengdu Galaxy Power Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of internal-combustion engine components. The Company鈥檚 major products consist of cylinder liners and aluminum pistons. Its products are applied in automobiles, motorcycles, ships, engines of engineering machines and general machineries, as well as military field, among others. The Company distributes its products primarily in southwest, eastern and northern China. During the year ended December 31, 2010, the Company sold out 100% of the ownership interest of Chengdu Jiangyin Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.
