Wan Xiang Qian Chao Co., Ltd. announced that it signed a contract with Magneti Marelli S.p.A to set up a joint venture in Hangzhou, with each to hold a 50% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will be engaged in research, development, manufacture and marketing of shock absorbers.
