August 10 -- Jinxi Axle (600495.SH) filed its net profit and revenue grew 136.4 percent and 24.62 percent year-on-year to 44.51 million yuan and 1.08 billion yuan in the first half for EPS of 0.15 yuan, reports p5w.net.
The company said demand for domestic railway transport recovered rapidly in the first half of the year, resulting in higher sales and allowing it to raise prices. It also made significant progress on cost control, the source said.
Jinxi Axle is based in Taiyuan city, Shanxi province and produces train axles, wheel pairs, and rolling stocks for railway systems. It exports to the US, India, Canada, Brazil, South Korea, and Australia and also supplies China’s railway ministry.
