July 22 – Fujian Green Pine (300132) plans to spend 118 million yuan to acquire a full stake in Zhangjia Port Yaxiya Chemical Limited, China’s largest camphorsulfonic acid producer, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.

The target produces camphorsulfonic acid and 5-methyluracil and has 65 percent share of the domestic camphorsulfonic acid market.

Green Pine produces turpentine processing products, and camphor and borneol are key sources of revenues for the company.
