WINTIME ENERGY CO.,LTD announced that it will pay the cash dividend of RMB 0.00315 per share (after tax) and stock dividend of 0.3935 shares per 10 shares, and use the additional paid-in capital to distribute 4.7219 new shares for every 10 shares to shareholders recorded on June 13, 2011. The Company's shares will be traded ex-dividend and ex-right on June 14, 2011.
