Valais, Larvotto and Lake Dragon by Sun Hung Kai Properties (SHKP) won five ‘highly commended’ citations in the 2011 Asia Pacific Property Awards.  SHKP has earned wide recognition for its premium developments in Hong Kong and on the mainland.

The International Property Awards were held in association with Bloomberg Television and Google.  The awards were initiated in 1995 to recognize the world’s top developments, and Asia Pacific Property awards were introduced in 2008.  A record 21 Asia-Pacific countries took part this year.  The entries were evaluated by over 50 professional judges with strict criteria for design and architecture.

Valais and Lake Dragon won Architecture (Multiple Residence) awards and Development (Multiple Units) awards in Hong Kong and on the mainland.  Larvotto won a High Rise Architecture – Hong Kong award.
