Shandong Kingenta Ecological Engineering Co Ltd(002470.SZ) announced that it has signed a cooperative agreement with a Henan-based postal company (Company A), to set up a joint venture engaged in the fertilizer production and agricultural service supplement, with Company A, with each to hold a 60% and a 40% stake.
