In 2011H1, main business of Sunwave increased steadily, its operating revenue reached RMB509 million, up 22.39% YoY. In terms of product, revenue generated by wireless network coverage equipment and solution was RMB450 million, up 20.24% YoY; by network optimization and related products reached RMB33.03 million, up 214.96% YoY; by microwave passive device achieved RMB23.69 million, up 13.94% YoY. 

Regarding CMMB network optimization, with CBC’s network coverage expansion, sales volume of Sunwave’s miniwatt transmitter and repeater will be gradually improved in the second half year of 2011. In 2011H1, Sunwave won 6 out of 7 biddings of China Broadcast Corporation. It is expected that the operating revenue generated by CMMB network optimization will exceed RMB10 million in 2011 to RMB100 million by 2012.
