September 9 -- Beijing Kangde Xin Composite Material (002450) filed it will raise two billion yuan from a private placement of 78.77 million shares at 25.39 yuan per share to fund an optical film program, reports yicai.com.

Kangde Xin also filed that another of its optical film programs, one that produces 40 million square meters annually, began trial production on September 2.

Kangde Xin also plans to establish a joint venture with Beijing Kangde Xin Optical Materials called Zhangjiagang Kangde Xin Optical Materials. The joint venture will have registered capital of one billion yuan, of which 80 percent will be borne by the listed company.
