Zhejiang Haiyue Co., Ltd announced that its subsidiary, a Ningbo-based new material company signed a cooperative agreement with a Ningbo-based port and a Ningbo-based economic and technological development zone holding company to set up a joint venture, with the subsidiary to hold a 48% stake in the joint venture. The joint venture will be engaged in port business.
