October 17 -- Grand Agriseeds Technology (300189) plans to inject 7.2 million yuan from the excess funds raised from its initial public offering into Hunan Detian Seeds, reports stcn.com, citing a company filing.

Following the capital injection, the registered capital of Hunan Detian Seeds will rise from five million yuan to 10.2 million yuan, and it will become a subsidiary of Agriseeds Technology.
