November 9 -- Zhengzhou Yutong Bus (600066.SH) said its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Yutong International, won a 1.49 billion yuan contract from Fontur, Venezuela's national urban transportation fund, reports p5w.net, citing a company filing.

Yutong will supply 1,216 buses and related parts.

Hong Kong Yutong has received an inital payment of 447 million yuan.

According to Yutong Bus, the orders will not contribute to Yutong’s 2011 earnings.
