November 14 -- Beijing Capital International Airport (RCode:0694:) reported a 3.82-percent year-on-year increase in passenger turnover volume to roughly seven million in October, reports 163.com, citing a company filing.

Passenger turnover volume on domestic routes climbed 2.57 percent year-on-year that month, while international routes’ turnover increased 7.88 percent in the same month. During that period, the number of airplane takeoffs increased 3.68 percent year-on-year to 46,380, of which domestic takeoffs rose 2.86 percent while overseas flights jumped 6.81 percent.

Beijing Capital International Airport’s airline passenger turnover volume increased 6.62 percent year-on-year to 66.19 million in the first 10 months, while airplane takeoffs climbed 3.31 percent to 445,480.
