Kaisa Group (01638.HK) announced that contract sales jumped 60% on year to RMB1.251 billion for November 2011 alone, with the area sold increased 65% to 131,737 sqm. The average selling price for the month was RMB9,494/sqm.

Contract sales of real-estate properties increased 58% on year to RMB13.45 billion for the 11 months ended 31 November 2011, with the area sold increased 165% to 2.03 million sqm. The average selling price fell 41% to RMB6,625/sqm.
