Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. is an investment holding company, and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in property development, property investment and property management. The Company operates in three segments: Property development, Property investment and property management. As of December 31, 2010, it had presence in 18 core cities within five regions in the People鈥檚 Republic of China, namely the Pearl River Delta, the Yangtze River Delta, the Pan-Bohai Bay Rim, the Chengdu-Chongqing region and the Central China region. It provides property management service to its own property development and as at December 31, 2010, managed a total floor area of approximately 3.2 million square meters. It develops commercial Properties, such as office buildings, retail stores and car parking spaces for leasing purposes. As of December 31, 2010, it held an aggregate gross floor area of approximately 77,589 square meters completed investment properties for rental purpose.
