Fiyta Holdings Limited, a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of CATIC Shenzhen  AVIC International Shenzhen Company Limited and AVIC Trust Company have entered into a share transfer agreement, pursuant to which Fiyta has agreed to acquire Liaoning Hengdarui Trading Company Limited from AVIC Trust Company at RMB56.1 million (HK$68.624 million).

Liaoning Hengdarui is principally engaged in household department stores, gifts and crafts, toys, sale of metallic products, business service, property management and rental services. As at 31 August 2011, it recorded net loss after tax of RMB9.92 million. It owns property assets located in prime commercial area in Shenyang, Liaoning Province.

China Aviation Industry Corporation indirectly holds 62.52% interest in AVIC International, which in turns holds 58.77% interest in CATIC Shenzhen and 21.47% interest in AVIC Trust Company.
