Recruit Holdings (00550.HK) announced that the change of its English name to "Cinderella Media Group Limited" became effective on 28 November 2011. The registration of its new name in Hong Kong under Part XI of the Companies Ordinance took effect on 16 December 2011.

The company said that with effect from 6 January 2012, the shares will only be traded under the original counter under stock code "550" in new stock short name of "CINMEDIA". The website of the company is changed from "www.recruit.com.hk" to "www.cinderellagroup.com.hk ", with effect from 22 December 2011.
